The USSSP recognizes the tremendous effort that went into this book's creation in the early part of the decade and wishes to thank Ken for sharing.  We are continuing to offer the book as a resource because of the value of the information in the book, but some of the information is now out of date, particularly the address list in chapter 8.  Visitors should consult with other pages on our site for more current information on advancement, recognition letters, and so on.
